GP eMailer Screens
GP eMailer makes it possible to send email photos of work-in-progress directly.
Customers can almost immediately view photos of needed repairs and
respond more quickly with their approval on vehicle repairs!
Above: The GP eMailer Main Screen. Enter LAST and FIRST Name. Enter eMail addresses.
Up to four (4) photos and one (1) extended message per eMail. Click to Send. Click to Search.
Above: The GP eMailer Search Screen. Enter LAST Name, eMail address.
Or, Enter date eMail was sent. Click to Search.
Above: The GP eMailer Search Results Screen. To bring up eMail
info, click number and view. (See below)
Above: The GP eMailer data base Record. All information regarding each eMail sent is stored
and then viewable as shown. The eMail shown may also be FORWARDed to another email address, or
the eMail may be RE-SENT to the recipient.
