GP eMailer Rate Schedule
Effective July 1, 2009.
Current Rate - 12 months (1 year) service - $ 300.00 (Paid in advance).
Service renews, if desired, 60 days prior to expiration date.
A prepaid setup fee of $50.00 is required per account. (One-time fee.)
Businesses with more than one location must obtain a service/account for each.
No multiple location discount available at this time.

GP eMailer Privacy and other Policies
Globalpath eMailer is copyrighted material. No unauthorized use of this program is allowed. Clients
with more than one location must obtain service/account for each location;
no sharing of the eMailer program by unauthorized others is allowed or permitted.
Cancellation of service may result upon determination that sharing has occurred with unauthorized
others. Please note that IP addresses may be collected separately to determine origin of user(s).
Privacy is of paramount concern. No part or portion of any information collected and/or
retained on Globalpath Internet server(s) is shared or sold to anyone. Globalpath Internet will
NOT view or parse information collected, as it is deemed private and confidential property of
clients. However, Globalpath Internet will at times randomly access database information ONLY
for maintenance and proper functionality. To access specific information, Globalpath Internet
will specifically request from client(s) permission to access database information. In addition,
no statistics are either collected or used in connection with the service provided.
Important Notice: All uploaded graphics files (photos) will be kept for not more than 18 months,
after which time they may be deleted, moved, or removed. Also, Globalpath and/or GlobalNetStream,
or any other service provider entity, will not be held responsible for lost or damaged data.
Ownership of uploaded photos and server stored email messages (database) is granted to the user.
By using the GP eMailer program, user agrees to the terms set forth on this page. If user does not
agree, user should notify Globalpath prior to using the service ("program") and request a refund less
setup fees, if any.
