GP eMailer Screens
GP eMailer makes it possible to send email photos
of work-in-progress directly to customers.
 
Advantages using the GP eMailer include:
- It is much easier, and therefore quicker, to send an email message to a recipient
(and a cc: (carbon copy) to an additional recipient), using eMailer.
- The photographs are uploaded to the Globalpath Internet server(s), speed of which depends
on the Internet connection available. And, by uploading large photo file(s) to the server, the
email that is sent is a "light-weight" message without having to add the photographs as attachments.
- Since the photographs are uploaded to the Globalpath high-speed server(s), when the recipient
opens the email (sent as an HTML document - which looks exactly as a web page), it downloads as
quickly as webpages do without having to wait for slow email downloads.
- The recipient must however allow for viewing of graphics within the email message. But this is
much easier than explaining how to save, open, and view attachments - which may take up to
half an hour to explain how to do. There are many email clients (such as Outlook, Outlook Express,
Eudora, Thunderbird, etc.) and web-based email programs (such as HotMail, Yahoo Mail, Google Mail,
etc.) you'd have to learn how to handle email attachments in up to 50 or more programs! And then
you'd have to be able to explain and have customers understand how to handle attachments. GP eMailer
sends email photos as HTML webpages NOT attachments!
- The user is also able to access a service-included email account (such as myuser@globalnetstream.com)
to receive any replies to eMailer emails sent by customers. The user may also send regular email using this
special email account. Note: If the user prefers, POP3 and SMTP account information will be provided
so that email replies from recipients may be received though email clients (Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird,

- The most important aspect of sending eMailer messages is that users do not need to know how to
download, save, or open attachments. Many recipients are experts at viewing and sending their
personal email; however, many do not know how to handle attachments, which can be technical.
It's much easier for a recipient to just open the eMailer email (allow for photos or graphics
viewing) and view the formatted layout.
- The eMailer format (layout) allows for a business or company logo. This personalizes the entire
message and can include phone number and address.
- All messages sent are saved into a database for later recall. If the user needs to look up
a sent message, it can be done quickly and easily. The user needs only the recipient LAST NAME,
the email address, and/or the date the email was sent. Please see section below on eMailer
searches.
- Upon viewing a sent eMailer email message, the user may 1) resend the message exactly as the
original (in case the original was not received), or, 2) the email message may be forwarded to
yet another email address.
